Return Policy
Intertec products may be returned within 60 days of shipping in the original, unopened packaging for a full credit. All returns must meet the following criteria:

- Pay by credit card.
- Set up an account with us, and we will mail you an invoice, due within 30 days.
Intertec products may be returned within 60 days of shipping in the original, unopened packaging for a full credit. All returns must meet the following criteria:
- Products must be unopened and unused in the original packaging. The product and packaging must be in resalable condition.
- Products must be shipped prepaid and insured at full invoice value.
- Products must be packaged to prevent damage during transit to Intertec.
- Intertec reserves the right to refuse credit on damaged products.
- A copy of the original invoice and a note explaining the reason for return must be included with the returned products.
- Intertec may accept returns after 30 days, at its discretion, with a 20% restocking fee.
- Refrigerated materials cannot be returned.
- Custom products, such as band assemblies, cannot be returned.
- Items with shelf life must be returned with a reasonable shelf life remaining.

When returning products to Intertec, please enclose a copy of the original invoice, and a note explaining the reason for return. Mark the RMA# from our customer service on the box or invoice, and return to:
